Dr. AGBOR EBAI MAURICE TAMBE( PhD)

Agbor Ebai Maurice Tambe is a dedicated environmental professional with extensive experience in community development and natural resource management. He serves as the Regional Chief of Service for Information, Sensitization, and Documentation at the Regional Delegation of Environment Protection of Nature and Sustainable Development (MINEPDED) in the North West Region. His career demonstrates a consistent commitment to environmental sustainability, including roles as Chief of Bureau for Sustainable Development in Momo and support staff at the Divisional Delegation MINEPDED Momo. He coordinates CYJULERC projects in Manyu, having previously served as their project coordinator. His experience also includes cooperative management as Manager of MEWOMACOOP, project officer at ASWARUDEP, and volunteer environmental educator with CEHEV. Mr. Tambe’s diverse skillset encompasses environmental impact assessment, community mobilization, project proposal writing and implementation, budget management, workshop facilitation, and training on various topics including snail rearing. He is also a human rights activist for women and children, campaigning against child trafficking and early marriage, and has conducted sensitization campaigns on child labor, HIV/AIDS, and malaria. His teaching experience includes roles as a part-time Geography and Biology teacher at Union Comprehensive High School Bachuo-Akaegbe and Principal of The Apostolic Secondary School (TASS) Mamfe.
